Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your luxury purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Due to health and hygiene standards, fragrances must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Damaged Items

If your fragrance arrives damaged or leaking, please email a photo to info@sabrperfume.com within 48 hours. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
